Geo Lottery – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. CONTEST IS OPEN TO WORLDWIDE RESIDENTS, EXCEPT FOR CRIMEA, THE SO-CALLED DONETSK PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC AND LUHANSK PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC, IRAN, SYRIA, NORTH KOREA, RUSSIA, and BELARUS.
Participation in geolottery.org is possible without paying a fee or purchasing a product and we never sell your personal data or pass it to other entity.. The contest is a commercial offer that is refinanced through advertising.
All Contests offered by geolottery.org via the Website or app are free prize draws; these prize draws are not licensable gambling or betting services. By entering any Contest you accept that you are entering into an arrangement solely between you and geolottery.org
Each individual has the responsibility to ensure they are legally able to enter the Geo Lottery; if the player does not meet eligibility criteria, any prizes won may be forfeited.
ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
BINDING AGREEMENT:
In order to enter the Contest, you must agree to these Official Rules. Therefore, please read these Rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that submission of an entry in the Contest constitutes agreement to these Rules. You may not submit an entry to the Contest, and you are not eligible to receive the prizes described in these Rules unless you agree to these Rules. These Rules form a binding legal agreement between you and geolottery.org with respect to the Contest.
ELIGIBILITY:
This free prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over except where prohibited by law.
To be eligible to enter the Contest, you must be: (1) above the age of majority in the country, state, province, or jurisdiction of residence (or at least twenty years old in Taiwan) at the time of entry; (2) not a resident of Crimea, Iran, Syria, or North Korea or; (3) not a person or entity under E.U. export controls or sanctions. Contest is void in Crimea, the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and where prohibited by law. Geolottery.org reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate any dispute at any time.
These terms set out the terms on which you may use the Website and app whether as a guest or a registered user. Use of the Website or app includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use the Website.
You further confirm that your use of the Website or app shall be in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to you in your location or country
If you do not agree to the Terms of Website and app use, you must not use the Website.

CONTEST PERIOD:
From beginning of draw countdown till the end of countdown to draw. The countdown to the draw will be visible on the webpage geolottery.org for anyone to check.
HOW TO ENTER:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To enter the Contest, visit the Contest website located at geolottery.org (“Contest Site”) and follow the instructions for submitting the “Lucky Spot(s).” Please find the Lucky Spot Requirements outlined on geolottery.org.
LIMIT FIVE (5) LUCKY SPOTS PER PERSON. All Lucky Spot entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, and the potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder for that email address. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning the email address for the domain.
The Sponsor, will be evaluating each Entry to ensure that it meets the Requirements. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant that does not meet the Requirements.
Participation in geolottery.org requires that the participant is of legal age in the applicable jurisdiction, competent and duly authorised to agree and enter into these Terms. (In most World countries(with some exceptions) all persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of their participation, are eligible to participate).
ELIMINATION:
Any false information provided within the context of the Contest by any entrant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right or non-compliance with these Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the entrant from the Contest.
Exclusion from geolottery.org participation
Employees of the companies involved in the contest and their relatives are not allowed to participate. Each person entitled to participate may only register once. Multiple registrations are not permitted.
In order to participate, the data requested during registration must be provided truthfully and completely. A valid and permanent email address must be provided as the email address. Participation is not possible without the complete provision of data. Information provided that is untruthful will entitle the participant to be excluded from the contest.
In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, geolottery.org reserves the right to exclude people from the competition, particularly in the case of multiple entries and entries using false or incomplete personal information.
People who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation will also be excluded. This also includes participation via competition clubs and automated services, e.g. using scripts, as well as playing through straw men. In these cases, winnings can also be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.
Geolottery.org reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition for objectively justified reasons, even after the draw.
GAME PLAY:
The participant can choose their lucky spots themselves by touching or clicking on the globe or have the computer automatically choose the Lucky Spots for them. All valid Lucky Spots received in accordance with these terms and conditions before the draw closing time will take part in the draw.
The draw takes place at the end of countdown on geolottery.org. After the winning Lucky Spots have been determined, the registered users have the opportunity to check the Lucky Spots winners on geolottery.org
PRIZES FOR CONTEST WINNERS:
Neither a purchase, sponsorship, ads views or any action of any kind affects the chances of winning.
The winning lucky spots will be announced on geolottery.org site, so that the participant can check for themselves whether they have won.
If more than one participant falls into prize category, the prize is divided equally between them according to the number of winners.
If there are no winners of the past draw, a percentage of that prize amount may be added to the next draw. geolottery.org as the sole discretion to decide if and which percentage may roll over to the next draw, in case there is no winners.
The winning Lucky Spot(s) will be selected at random by an automated method.

The game can award prizes in different ways according to the host selected configuration and announced on the webpage geolottery.org
Possible prize configurations
To win the Save the planet prize your selected location, Lucky Spot, must be in the first circle closest to draw.

2nd prize is the Lucky Spot(s) inside the second circle, 3rd prize is the Lucky Spot inside the third circle.
To win the There is no planet B prize your selected location, Lucky Spot, must be the closest to the draw.
If available and configured by the host – Sponsor
2nd prize is awarded the second closest location to the draw, 3rd prize to the third closest location to the draw.
The host can configure the game to only one prize or more prizes. The available prizes will be clearly announced on the webpage.
If more than one person wins a Draw, the prize for the relevant draw will be divided equally among all winners of that draw. A percentage of the prizes which are not won will roll over to the next draw. Prizes that are not claimed, will not roll over to next draw.
Prize(s), if any, will only be awarded upon winner validation and verification. Taxes, fees or other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner(s).
Any prize due will be paid out by Paypal. Payment transfer fees will be deduced from the prize awarded.
Draw and Announcement of results
Results will be published on the website after the relevant draw.
Participants should check their location choices – Lucky Spots – after each draw to find out whether they have won a prize.
The prizes are non-transferable.
If any winner is not able, for any reason, to accept a prize by contacting us within two weeks of the relevant draw date, the winner’s claim to the prize (or part of the prize) shall be void.
To claim a prize, participants must contact us within two (2) weeks of the relevant draw to claim their prize. Prizes must be redeemed within 14 days of the winner being determined, otherwise they will expire!
PRIZE PAYMENT
The prize will only be paid to the winner. At our request, the winner must present suitable identification documents that confirm the identity they have provided in order to receive the prize.
If the winner does not respond within two weeks of the draw, the prize will be forfeited without being passed on to another person or other winners.
Prize money transfer costs by Paypal or any other service that the Sponsor uses to transfer the money, will be deducted from the prize awarded.
Money prizes will be awarded in Euro and be delivered by Paypal. Geolottery.org may work with an authorized third-party to convert money prizes into a local currency. You understand that Geolottery.org has sole discretion to choose which currency exchange rate to apply in order to convert any money prize into a non Euro currency.
There is no entitlement to the main prize being paid out in one sum.
TAXES:
PAYMENTS TO POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE EXPRESS REQUIREMENT THAT THEY SUBMIT TO GEOLOTTERY.ORG ALL DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED BY GEOLOTTERY.ORG TO PERMIT IT TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE STATE, FEDERAL, LOCAL, AND FOREIGN (INCLUDING PROVINCIAL) TAX REPORTING AND WITHHOLDING REQUIREMENTS. ALL PRIZES WILL BE NET OF ANY TAXES GEOLOTTERY.ORG IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO WITHHOLD. ALL TAXES IMPOSED ON PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS.
In order to receive a prize, potential winners must submit the tax documentation requested by Geolottery.org or otherwise required by applicable law, to Geolottery.org or the relevant tax authority, all as determined by applicable law including, where relevant, the law of the potential winner’s country of residence. The potential winner(s) are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all the applicable tax laws and filing requirements. If a potential winner fails to provide such documentation or comply with such laws, the prize may be forfeited and Geolottery.org may, in its sole discretion, select an alternative potential winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Geolottery.org reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Contest if, in Geolottery.org’s sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants or Geolottery.org
PRIVACY:
Participant acknowledges and agrees that Geolottery.org may collect, store, share, and otherwise use personally identifiable information provided during the registration process and the Contest, including, but not limited to, name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Geolottery.org will use this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, including for administering the Contest and verifying Participant’s identity, postal address, and telephone number in the event an entry qualifies for a prize.
Participant’s information may also be transferred to countries outside the country of Participant’s residence. Such other countries may not have privacy laws and regulations similar to those of the country of Participant’s residence.
If a participant does not provide the mandatory data required at registration, Geolottery.org reserves the right to disqualify contest entries.
Participant has the right to request access, review, rectification or deletion of any personal data held by Geolottery.org in connection with the Contest by writing to Geolottery.org at this email address: info@geolottery.org.
PUBLICITY:
By accepting a prize, the entrant agrees to Sponsor and its agencies use of their name and/or likeness and Entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
WARRANTY, INDEMNITY AND RELEASE:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant indemnifies and agrees to keep indemnified Contest Entities at all times from and against any liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, and expenses resulting from any act, default, or omission of the entrant and/or a breach of any warranty set forth herein. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Contest Entities from and against any and all claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or accruing from (a) any Entry or other material uploaded or otherwise provided by the entrant that infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, trade dress, patent or other intellectual property right of any person or defames any person or violates their rights of publicity or privacy, (b) any misrepresentation made by the entrant in connection with the Contest; (c) any non-compliance by the entrant with these Rules; (d) claims brought by persons or entities other than the parties to these Rules arising from or related to the entrant’s involvement with the Contest; and (e) acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Contest-related activity or participation in this Contest.
Entrant releases Geolottery.org from any liability associated with: (a) any malfunction or other problem with the Contest Site; (b) any error in the collection, processing, or retention of entry information; or (c) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize or winners.
Legal recourse is excluded.
INTERNET:
Contest Entities are not responsible for any malfunction of the entire Contest Site or any late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, or destroyed Entries or entry materials due to system errors, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or other telecommunication transmission malfunctions, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, typographical or system/human errors and failures, technical malfunction(s) of any telephone network or lines, cable connections, satellite transmissions, servers or providers, or computer equipment, traffic congestion on the Internet or at the Contest Site, or any combination thereof, including other telecommunication, cable, digital or satellite malfunctions which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate.
RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY OR DISQUALIFY:
If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Geolottery.org reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Geolottery.org further reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the submission process or any other part of the Contest or Contest Site. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website, including the Contest Site, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal, and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; Geolottery.org reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the applicable law.
We reserve the right to amend, alter, delete or add any of the provisions of these Terms, at any time and at its sole discretion, without the need of notifying you in advance. Any such modification will take effect immediately after the date of posting any updated version of the Terms on this Website.
NOT AN OFFER OR CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT:
Under no circumstances shall the submission of an entry into the Contest, the awarding of a prize, or anything in these Rules be construed as an offer or contract of employment with either Geolottery.org or the Contest Entities. You acknowledge that you have submitted your Entry voluntarily and not in confidence or in trust. You acknowledge that no confidential, fiduciary, agency or other relationship or implied-in-fact contract now exists between you and Geolottery.org or the Contest Entities and that no such relationship is established by your submission of an Entry under these Rules.
FORUM AND RECOURSE TO JUDICIAL PROCEDURES:
These Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Contest are hereby excluded, and all Participants expressly waive any and all such rights.
